Yoga and meditation
The meditation practices of Paramahamsa Vishwananda focus our attention and actions on the inner divinity. Through sincere practice, you can enter the silence that is free of mind, and centre yourself in your heart where Divine Love becomes conscious.
"When you meditate, where do you look for God? Outside yourself? He is not outside. He is within you. Meditation is about that: finding Him within you. Do you understand? If you have not found Him within you, you will never find Him anywhere else. Once you find Him within you, you will find Him everywhere."
“…sādhana is very important. As long as you have not transcended the mind, as long as you do not have control over it, it is essential to practise sādhana, even to go deeper into it. Once the mind has been transformed, once it has truly surrendered, then you can lessen your sādhana, because then everything you do will become sādhana itself.”

Atma Kriya Yoga
Atma Kriya Yoga is absolutely unique. Although the techniques quieten the mind, the spiritual aim is to awaken the soul in its eternal relationship with God through the cultivation of various forms of bhakti: love and devotion.
As your practice deepens, the divine qualities begin to manifest naturally: peace, self-control, strength, wisdom, humility, compassion, vitality and much more.
Through the grace of shaktipat initiation, the techniques are simple enough for beginners to learn, yet powerful enough to take even the most advanced meditators to new heights of divine connection.
OM Chanting
OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transforming power of OM to activate the participants’ potential for self-healing. In addition to the personal benefits we receive, OM Chanting can also be a service to humanity.
The vibratory waves created by the practice of OM Chanting extend in a radius of 2 km, creating a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere and also unity between human beings and nature. The OM continues to resonate in the bodies of the participants after the circle, enabling them to share the good vibrations wherever they go.
Babaji Surya Namaskar
Babaji Surya Namaskar is a meditation in motion that celebrates the divinity of the temple of the human body. This simple yet powerful practice of asanas (postures) takes less than 15 minutes a day and brings light and vitality to your whole being.
As your daily practice takes root in the core of your body, thoughts grow quiet and your movements become a gentle, conscious expression of your inner strength.
When the practice is done with love and awareness, each posture becomes a prayer of gratitude for life itself. Put your devotion into motion.
Project Mantra
Reciting the divine names is one of the easiest meditation practices you can do. It is especially meaningful when you turn each repetition into a sincere prayer. Although it seems very simple, it can take you all the way to God!
Anyone can do it, at any time and in any place, even children. It is perfect for beginners who want a simple and effective tool to quieten the mind and open the heart.
Project Mantra is a free programme designed to help you establish and gradually develop a daily recitation practice over a 40-day challenge.
"Having controlled all the senses, one should remain in the state of meditation, having Me (Krishna) as the supreme goal."
